Responsibilities
Working
for this large financial services organization, this person will:
- Perform system
administration functions for the On-demand system.
- Ensure
daily reports are available on the system in a timely fashion.
- Develop
content management policies and procedures.
- Interface
with end-users to determine storage/retrieval requirements.
- Coordinate
system maintenance and recovery activities with other departments.
- Troubleshoot
and resolve system problems; work with 3rd party vendors as required.
Qualifications
- In-depth
knowledge of IBM Content management On-demand (CMOD) system in a UNIX
hardware/software environment.
- Advanced
knowledge of UNIX and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge
of Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) and DB2 database system.
- 3
years experience working with the IBM CMOD system.
Strong knowledge of content management techniques and functions.
Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work independently.
